Introducing Curbside Pickup

We have received various requests and feedback from customers stating that a pickup option would be helpful in both saving time and shipping cost. We are excited to let you know that we have listened!

Starting September 1st all regional customers within driving distance of our Calgary office can now pick up their online order in person. Our Same Day Curbside Pickup will be available on orders received before 12:00 p.m.

Steps Same Day Pickup

  1. Browse PanGlobal’s online store and add your desired products to the cart. When finished, select the cart to checkout. 
  2. Complete the checkout process as prompted. If an individual other than the purchaser will pick up the order, ensure their name is included in the Mailing Address.
  3. Our team will send you an email to confirm we have received the order and detail next the instructions for pickup.
  4. Same day pickup is only available from 1-3 p.m. daily for orders received before 12 p.m. Orders will be held for 2 business days, after which our team will attempt contact for alternate delivery before refunding the order.
  5. To pick up your order, you will need to bring a copy of the order payment receipt (emailed upon completing your online purchase) as well as a piece of government-issued ID.
  6. Upon arrival, dial toll-free 1-866-256-8193 option 1. Our staff will collect your order number and carry your order out to you.
  7. Your signature will be required upon pickup.

Important note:

If you have not picked your order up by the end of the 2nd business day following your order placement online, you will have the option of cancelling and receiving a refund, minus cancellation fee (as per our return/cancellation policy) or having your order shipped (additional charges may apply.

What to do before you arrive

Make sure to bring your order payment receipt along with a piece of government-issued identification.

What to do when you arrive

  1. Park your car in one of the parking spaces located outside our offices at 11 – 1339 40 Ave NE, Calgary, AB.
  2. Wait in the car and dial 1-866-256-8193 option 1. A PanGlobal customer service employee will come to verify your payment receipt.
  3. We will pass you your order through the window.
  4. Please double check your order contents to make sure everything is good to go!
  5. You’ll be asked to sign a confirmation of the pickup.

What to do if the parking area is full

If there are no stalls available in the designated parking area, park in the nearest available stall.

What to do if you don't have a car

If you don't have a car available, no worries! We can still help you at the store front with proper physical distancing. Just be ready with your email confirmation open.

Unable to pick up your order?

  • If for any reason, you are unable to pick up your order as scheduled, please advise customer service Toll Free 1-866-256-8193 option 1.
  • Please see the following alternate options should something keep you from picking up your order at the scheduled time:
    • Reschedule for another day (Unclaimed orders will be held for 2 business days after the initial order date.)
    • Select shipping – $20 flat rate will apply, our customer service team will collect payment via eligible credit card over the phone (Shipping charges will be subject to GST/HST as defined by the destination province.)
    • Cancellation – 10% cancellation fee applies as per our Print Products: Cancellation & Return Policy.
